Since the afternoon hours of March 27, 2024, Deutsche Glasfaser has been struggling with a massive disruption. Customers report in our fault reporter that they are having problems with the internet. In addition, the telecommunications company’s website is not accessible and the app does not work correctly.
Users are also complaining about the outage on The company’s hotline also does not provide any information about the internet outage and refers to the app, which – as already mentioned – is currently not usable.
With luck, this will be a short-term problem, but the extent of the problem could indicate larger problems. The last time Deutsche Glasfaser had to deal with a similar disruption was in January 2024, when it took almost three hours for the internet to work again.
