Heidi Klum saved one of the most blatant changes in her young models for the seventh episode of GNTM.

Top model candidate Inka (19) was not in the last episode and thought she had avoided the makeover. Happy too soon! In the seventh episode of “Germany’s next top model” (Thursdays, 8:30 p.m., ProSieben), a big surprise awaits you.

Inka missed the notorious makeover episode due to a corona infection. She thinks she is safe and even says how sad she is that she didn’t get a haircut. think! When she comes to the set card shoot, Heidi Klum (48) opens up to her: “You don’t have to be sad, because we’ll catch up on that today!”

“The worst would be very, very short”

Inka hadn’t expected that. At the sight of the scissors, the fears come: “The worst would be very, very short.” And that’s exactly what will happen. A good 40 centimeters come off, leaving the short hairstyle that she was most afraid of. From well-behaved average girl to pixie-cut character model in just a few haircuts.

Without knowing what she looks like, Inka finally has to pose for her set card with a new hairstyle. She only gets to see her new self in the finished photos. To say she’s shocked would be an understatement. Inka is speechless. Just manages to get out: “It’s a very strange feeling. I don’t have any hair on my head anymore!”

“I have goosebumps!”

Vanessa (20) can sing a song about how difficult such a type change is. In the last episode she has also changed from an average girl with long brown hair to a very special guy with a bob and bangs in turquoise. Although she doesn’t like the hairstyle at all, the look changes her self-confidence in front of the camera: “I have goosebumps,” Heidi says enthusiastically during the shoot.

Before the set card shooting, there were posing tips from supermodel Coco Rocha (33). She chose the pink-haired Viola (21) as her favorite during training. Even if she was able to convince Coco, she loses control in front of the camera. “You have no body tension, that’s the problem,” Heidi clarifies. Viola is also frustrated that it just won’t work. It gets even worse when she sees her photos herself. She doesn’t like a single one and time is running out. The tears flow.

The models as “creepy wind-up dolls”

The next challenge: As “creepy wind-up dolls”, the models are supposed to enter the catwalk during the Elimination Walk. Coco Rocha comes again to prepare the women for their role. Again, Viola gets special attention from the supermodel: “It annoys me that she couldn’t convince in her job. […] I hope this new experience here will boost her confidence.”

During her walk, Viola has another obstacle in her way: her shoe. It opens with the first step on the catwalk. At the end of the catwalk he says goodbye completely, which is why Viola has to walk all the way back with only one high heel. But she does it without showing anything. “I smile like a proud mother!”, Coco is happy about so much professionalism afterwards. Viola, on the other hand, immediately bursts into tears backstage: “I’m really angry people. Why do I lose my shitty shoe with the first step?!”

Things don’t go as planned for the other girls either. One thinks her puppet movements are evidence of acting talent, Heidi thinks: “Looks like a chicken.” The other thinks it would be self-confident to stare the jury in the eye at the walk, but the jury gets scared. Coco: “I wish they wouldn’t do that.”

Viola can’t believe it

The journey ends in this episode for Julia (21) and Laura (20). Viola, on the other hand, is progressing despite everything and cannot understand Heidi’s compliment that her walk would have been “mega”. “I think it’s funny that you don’t believe us right now,” Coco explains to her protégé about the principle of self-confidence. “The only problem here is your reaction. You should have said, ‘Yeah, I did [mega] made.'”
