Highly anticipated sequel to the die & retry released in 2020, Ghostrunner 2 has finally set its release date for October 26th. The game, published by 505 Games, will be available on PC, PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series in 3 editions, the basic, the Deluxe and Brutal edition. The latter allowing access to the game 48 hours in advance.
This second opus takes place one year after the events of its predecessor, still in a futuristic post-apocalyptic world. The Mistress of the Keys, tyrant who reigned over Dharma Tower has fallen. Now the tower, humanity’s last refuge finds itself assailed by the AI sect. Jack is back to face this new enemy and try to save the future of humanity.
Katana fights that promise to be as nervous as ever, everything is still accessible. But it will still be wary of enemies whose behavior will adapt according to the skills used against them. To cope, the environment may prove useful such as explosive barrels or even improvements to find to spice up the fighting.
