During the last PlayStation Showcase, broadcast on Thursday evening February 3, players were able to discover a little more about GhostWire: Tokyo. Thus, they were able to enjoy a brand new video including gameplay sequences as well as cutscenes. But what to remember, this is its official release date.
A few days ago, a rumor was circulating regarding GhostWire: Tokyo. Indeed, the page dedicated to the game on the PlayStation Store, released too early, suggested a release for March 24 or 25, depending on the exact launch time. Then, it was very quickly deleted, because the announcement from the developers and the publisher had not yet been made. Now it’s official: the title of Tango GameWorks and Bethesda Softworks, GhostWire: Tokyo, will be released on March 25 on PS5 and PC.
A first-person action-adventure game, the title invites players into a Tokyo emptied of all its population and inhabited by evil spirits from another world, the Visitors. Having to shed light on this case of mass disappearance, an event led by a most mysterious masked man, they will have to master magical powers and face creatures, inspired by those of Japanese folklore and tales. The software will also include side quests and several activities that everyone can discover at will.
GhostWire: Tokyo is now expected for March 25, 2022. It will be available on PS5 and PC.
