A man suspected of having sold fifty fake health passes, by usurping the identity of a doctor, was remanded in custody at Gradignan (Gironde) remand center.
Frédérique Porterie, public prosecutor of Bordeaux explained that the suspect, in his forties, is suspected of having sold 55 “false certificates of vaccination against the Covid”, published on August 8 after having usurped the digital profile professional doctor from the Arcachon vaccination center.
The 55 people identified are domiciled overwhelmingly in the Paris region, according to the same source who praised the “remarkable” work of investigators, including the judicial police, to trace the origin of these fakes.
