(Boursier.com) — On the recommendation of the President, the Board of GL events appointed Nicolas de Tavernost, Vice-Chairman of the Board of Directors and recorded the creation of a Strategic Committee. It will be chaired by Nicolas de Tavernost and will have 5 members: Anne Sophie Ginon (Vice-President), Daniel Havis, Lionel Yvant, Grégory Guissard and Félix Crepet. This strategic committee is responsible for analyzing and proposing to the Board the future directions of the Group. He will be able to rely on the company’s internal skills for his work.
Furthermore, the Combined General Meeting of GL events held today noted the appointment as directors of Caroline Ginon, Grégory Guissard (Trévise Participations) and the ratification of Lionel Yvant (Trévise Participations). At the end of this meeting, the company’s Board of Directors renewed Olivier Ginon and Olivier Ferraton as its Chairman during the session.
