Evry, March 6, 2023: Global Bioenergies (the “Company”) announces the launch of a capital increase with shareholders’ preferential subscription rights (the “PSR”) for a gross amount of €7.5 million ( the “Operation”).
The purpose of the Transaction is to provide the Company with the means to finance:
– the working capital requirement of the Horizon 2 production chain (for around 40% of the Operation’s proceeds);
– the continuation of preliminary design studies for the horizon 3 plant, known as ViaViridia (for approximately 35% of the proceeds of the Operation);
– additional R&D activities aimed at continuing to reduce the costs of the process with a view to its operation for horizon 4 relating to the production of sustainable fuels in the air and road sectors (for approximately 25% of the proceeds of the Operation ).
