Shortly after their engagement, Mola Adebisi and Adelina Zilai already have the next reason to celebrate – the couple is expecting a child.

The former Viva presenter Mola Adebisi, 50, and his fiancée Adelina Zilai, 36, couldn’t be happier: In a short clip the couple shared via “Picture” shared, they announce that offspring are on the way – without saying a single word. Instead, Adebisi holds a tablet up to the camera in the presence of his loved ones.

“We have something prepared,” it reads. “It’s just a small thing. But we are very proud. Although it’s not very big. But for us it is the greatest gift from God.” Anyone who still hasn’t figured out what it’s all about will be told in no uncertain terms on the last slide of their sweet presentation that a baby is on the way. The couple wrote with a big heart on an ultrasound image of their “gift from God”: “We love you.”

After the engagement, now baby happiness

Just a few weeks ago, the two had plenty of reasons to be happy: Shortly before the end of the year, the presenter announced that his girlfriend would soon be his wife. Adebisi made the engagement public on his official Instagram account and at the same time demonstrated his romantic streak, because: He asked Adelina the question of all questions in the city of love, more precisely at the Eiffel Tower in Paris. “She said yes.” (in German: “She said yes”), Adebisi wrote about a picture there, in which the couple kisses. Zilai clearly holds her engagement ring into the camera.

Adebisi has been in a relationship with Zilai, who is 14 years younger, since 2020. In 2021, the couple also took part in the “Summer House of the Stars”, but unlike many other celebrity participants, they did not separate afterwards – despite some friction in front of the camera. The wedding bells are set to ring next year, as Adebisi had already revealed to the “Berliner Kurier” at the end of August 2023. Then maybe as a proud dad.
