Investigate an abandoned trading post, explore its surroundings and uncover the terrible mystery hidden there. The Whisperer is a short point-and-click narrative game set in Lower Canada in the early 19th century.
Lower Canada, 1814. A trading post in a remote valley is found abandoned. The two winter residents who lived there have disappeared. Robert, a traveler from the North West Company, is sent there to investigate their disappearance. To find the truth, he will have to face horrors of all kinds.
Inspired by games such as Scratches and The Dark Eye, The Whisperer pays homage to the classic point-and-click horror gaming subgenre. You will find all the characteristics of the adventure games that we love so much: solving puzzles, exploring, using and combining objects.
The Whisperer is a game in its own right, but it also serves as a prelude to The Whispering Valley (2022). The game takes approximately 45 minutes to complete.
