Good deal – The “5 star” GoPro Hero8 Black action cam at € 348.89 (-25%)

At the beginning of each fall, GoPro presents its novelties in the action-cam segment. The GoPro Hero 8 Black was revealed there. Stabilization is improved and the bindings are directly integrated into the chassis of the Hero8 Black.

Unlike the GoPro Hero 7 Black, the 2019 model is not a big revolution. However, when we put all the novelties end to end, the Hero 8 Black presents itself as a very real advance. The fastening integrated into the chassis which eliminates the need for a cage may be the star novelty, but the small software ergonomic improvements are not to be forgotten. We also note an even more effective stabilization and improved image quality.

GoPro is far from having said its last word in front of the newbies with long teeth who come to seek the American manufacturer on its ground like DJI or Insta360. The Hero9 Black corrects some flaws of version 8 and takes up some good ideas from the competition. It does not deliver the best picture quality on the market, but it is so complete that it performs well without worry. With its ever more effective stabilization and its new horizon keeping function, the Hero in version 9 always remains above the basket!
