Good deal – The Dreame W10 “5-star” floor mopping robot at €649.00

The new Dreame Bot W10 sucks up waste, but above all seems to give pride of place to the washing function. It has two rotating mops and a base with two water tanks that washes and dries its pads.

Full card for the Dreame Bot W10 which carries out its 2-in-1 functions. Its brushes and its different tanks offer it the possibility of vacuuming and washing the floor independently. Navigation is ensured by a laser rangefinder which is used to orient itself methodically, and its charging base fills up with water (clean and dirty). The board is almost perfect, but the docking station is very bulky and does not allow the dust collector to be emptied automatically.

The Braava Jet m6 is a much more technically advanced version than its predecessor, the Braava Jet 240. The mapping system ensures methodical navigation, obstacles are well managed by the robot, the long-lasting battery allows it to cover large areas and automatic wipe detection makes it easy to use. Connected via Wi-Fi, this device works in conjunction with an application that allows the same functions, or almost, as those offered on the manufacturer’s high-end robot vacuum cleaners (such as virtual beacons). However, we have a caveat on the somewhat capricious, even risky, communication between a Roomba and a Braava as well as on the inclination of the spray that we would have liked a little more directed towards the ground.
