Good deal – The Kärcher VC 6 Cordless OurFamily “4-star” stick vacuum cleaner at €248.00 (-11%)

With its VC6 Cordless OurFamily, Kärcher is trying out the stick vacuum cleaner in stick format. This first attempt results in a rather simple model, which focuses on the essentials, without many frills except for a removable battery.

By relying on now well-known technologies, Kärcher ensures that its VC6 stick vacuum cleaner does not suffer from any major design flaws. Admittedly, the remaining battery life indicator is reduced to its simplest expression and some competitor stick vacuum cleaners are more enticing thanks to their additional features or a more extensive set of accessories. The VC6 still benefits from some welcome additions (the suction mode selector, in particular), but it is above all its effectiveness on all types of floors that largely pleads in its favor.

Alternatively

The screen of the Xiaomi G10 would have deserved to be better used and we easily do without the mop. But these minor flaws do not spoil the very good impression left by this stick vacuum cleaner. Because, despite a somewhat limited autonomy for our taste, it fulfills its main mission – recovering waste on the ground – brilliantly. In addition, it does not let any dust particles escape from the collector once it has captured them thanks to its perfect multicyclonic filtration and the possibility of choosing fractional or continuous suction is a real plus.
