Almost a century old, the KitchenAid Artisan food processor is a pioneer. Its direct transmission engine and its many accessories make it a robust and versatile device. If this model is identical to the 5KSM175 tested by us, the 5KSM125 however loses a few accessories along the way.
KitchenAid hasn’t changed its miracle recipe for nearly a century, and there’s a reason for that. With a powerful direct-drive engine and exemplary performance, the Artisan is the ideal ally in the kitchen. Identical in all respects to the Artisan 5KSM175, the 5KSM125 nevertheless gets rid of its anti-splash lid, the flat beater with flexible edge and the additional 3 l bowl. Few technologies are integrated into this robot-pastry chef, which gives it, in return, a robustness and probably a durability almost unequaled on this market. Finally, the plethora of accessories available for purchase even makes the Artisan a versatile model with almost unlimited functionality.

He manages to carry out all the required preparations in record time; even if he sometimes finds himself in difficulty with flexible and liquid preparations. Easy to maintain, it will hold its place on all work surfaces, especially those of the greediest. Indeed, its large accessories and its 6 l bowl make it more suitable for large preparations.
