Good deal – The Proscenic P10 Pro broom vacuum cleaner at €139.00 (-30%)

An upgraded version of the Proscenic P10, the P10 Pro earns its “Pro” suffix thanks to an automatic suction level. According to the manufacturer, it is able to recognize the surface on which it passes and modulate the power to clean the floor.

The Proscenic P10 Pro is not, strictly speaking, a bad stick vacuum. It fulfills its mission correctly, but without particularly shining. The cyclonic filtration works well, but it can still be improved. It’s not too loud, but you can hear it all the same. In short, in a market as competitive as a karaoke night at Digitalthis is not enough to stand out and many references in a comparable price range are much more interesting than this P10 Pro.

Strong points

  • Lightweight and easy to handle.
  • Efficient cyclonic filtration.
  • Ramp of LEDs on the suction head.

Weak points

  • Insufficient suction force for the heaviest debris.
  • Poorly designed check valve.
  • Very fragile foam filter.

NB: The reported price drop is calculated by comparing the lowest price of the day with the average of the lowest prices charged by all merchants for the product last month, with security rules to exclude prices from shops whose the VAT policy is not clear (known as “grey” shops, typically in the case of imports from China).

Alternatively

For a first try, Tornado hits hard and the TOP5-21TG achieves almost a faultless result. The faults that we have been able to identify here and there (the slightly “cheap” wall base, the absence of a remaining charge indicator or a collector that could have been more hygienic) in no way detract from a very good general impression. The TOP5-21TG is quite usable on all surfaces – with a slight downside on high-pile carpets however – it benefits from perfect filtration and is very easy to maintain; a real success and a pleasant surprise!
