SanDisk renews its mid-range SD cards with the 170MB / s Extreme Pro SDXC UHS-I by offering higher read speeds than the UHS-I bus.
The SanDisk Extreme Pro 64 GB SDXC UHS-I 170 MB / s SD card is available in capacities of 32 GB, 64 GB, 128 GB, 256 GB, 512 GB and 1 TB. Limited in speed due to the UHS-I bus, it still delivers good speeds for this type of card. Better yet, it is also possible to increase the writing speed and more particularly the reading speed (with the exception of the 32 GB version), but for this it will be necessary to use a specific compatible reader. In this case, we recommend the 2-in-1 Multicard 2-in-1 SD and MicroSD USB 3.1 card reader from competitor Lexar, which is more versatile than the Sandisk reader, which is limited to the UHS-I bus.
