Good deal – The Sony DualShock 4 “4 stars” gamepad at € 52.99

There is a DualShock controller for each generation of PlayStation. Supplied with the PS4, the DualShock 4 must now face many competitors. However, these rarely target the same price bracket, and this is no coincidence.

Unbeatable in terms of quality / price ratio, the DualShock 4 has virtually no competition in its price slot of around € 50 to € 60. Well finished, pleasant to use, precise and enjoying a high-performance wireless connection, it is ultimately only surpassed by high-end controllers sold 2 to 3 times more expensive. A safe bet, which is also available in many colors to vary the pleasures.

As an alternative

In the absence of a very marked technological evolution on the occasion of the transition to the Xbox Series generation, the Xbox controller remains the excellent game controller that we have enjoyed for years on Xbox One and PC. Certainly rather timid, the developments brought by Microsoft further improve comfort and precision, sufficient to make this new Xbox Series controller a benchmark in the field. We nevertheless remain on our hunger vis-à-vis on-board vibration technologies, which would have gained by catching up with those used by Nintendo and Sony on their respective official controllers.
