Three years after her departure from the series, Antonia Thomas, the interpreter of Claire Browne, will make her comeback in the final episodes of Good Doctor for a plot filled with emotion.

Saint-Bonaventure hospital is preparing to close its doors!
After seven seasons on the air, the American channel ABC will broadcast on May 21 the final episode of Good Doctor, the medical series hosted by Freddie Highmore. A final chapter which promises to be rich in emotion, all the more so as it will be marked by the return of Antonia Thomas three years after her departure from the program.
The actress will thus make her comeback for the finale of the series. This time, Doctor Claire Browne (Antonia Thomas) will not return for a simple courtesy visit but for a personal problem which promises to turn her life upside down as well as those of her former colleagues.
Claire returns to Saint-Bonaventure hospital as a patient
Returning from her mission in Guatemala, Claire will not set foot on the floor of Saint-Bonaventure hospital as a doctor but as a patient.
It’s in the trailer for episode 9 of season 7 that we then learn that Claire has breast cancer. The young woman will therefore have to put herself in the hands of Doctor Murphy in an episode which already promises to be particularly moving.
The ABC channel has also revealed the synopsis of the final episode of Good Doctor entitled “Goodbye”. According to this one, “As the doctors contemplate their futures, they work together to solve one of the most important cases of their careers“.
From there to imagining that Doctor Shaun Murphy and his colleagues will have to do everything possible to save Claire’s life, there is only one step.
Will Claire survive her cancer? To find out, you’ll have to have a little more patience. The final episode of Good Doctor will be broadcast on May 21 on ABC and soon on TF1.
