The website dedicated to inflation bonus applications has closed its doors to Internet users. The good news for those who have not had time to apply is that there is an alternative to obtain it.
Online since March 2022, the site Mesdroitssociaux.gouv.fr offers the possibility to the most modest households to claim their inflation bonus. Aid offered by the State to help the poorest in these difficult times when many changes have already been put in place, such as those concerning the Christmas bonus in particular. Among the measures devised by the government to combat the rise in the cost of living is the inflation bonus for an amount of 100€.
But since December 1, 2022, the digital counter available on the dedicated site has closed its doors. Thus, approximately 1.3 million people have not managed to claim their aid to fight against inflation according to our colleagues from Capital. But the latter can be reassured, there is still an alternative to claim this bonus.

The website Mesdroitssociaux.gouv.fr remains accessible to Internet users who can go there to identify themselves, generate and download their certificate. However, they will no longer be able to request payment directly via this platform. Once the certificate has been generated and printed, it must be sent to the organization responsible for making the payment.
Employees eligible for the award criteria of the inflation bonus will therefore have to turn to their employer responsible for paying this assistance. Retirees will have to send their certificate to the pension fund, while students will have to deal with the Crous. For the self-employed, it will then be necessary to contact theUrssaf, Employment center will take care of paying the bonus to job seekers who have sent their certificate beforehand, while recipients of minimum social benefits will have to contact the CIF in charge of their case.
In total, no less than 38 million French people are eligible for the payment criteria of the inflation bonus. As a reminder, this is intended for people over the age of 16 whose monthly net income is less than €2,000. And although most of them have already received the automatic payment, others are still having difficulty obtaining it. It is now sufficient to contact the organization responsible for the payment to claim it.
