(CercleFinance.com) – Groupe Gorgé jumped 16% after the announcement that the distribution in kind of Prodways Group shares to its shareholders will be settled on December 22, the coupon having been detached today, following the approval of this operation during the AGM of December 14.
The overall number of Prodways Group shares allocated to Groupe Gorgé shareholders thus comes to 25,817,523 and the overall allocation ratio for the exceptional distribution, to three Prodways shares for two Gorgé shares.
As a reminder, the purpose of the operation is to split the 3D printing activity in order to increase the visibility of Groupe Gorgé and improve its valuation. At the end of the transaction, he will hold 5.95% of the share capital and 10.27% of the voting rights of Prodways.
