Grill the Henssler: These celebrities are dueling with Steffen Henssler

From August 9th, celebrity amateur cooks will again compete against professional chef Steffen Henssler. Which stars dare to try the "Grill den Henssler" stove?

After Steffen Henssler (47) grilled his cook colleague Tim Mälzer (49) in a special episode last Sunday, the new "Grill den Henssler" will start on August 9th (VOX, 8:15 pm, also via TVNow) -Follow next with prominent cast. Who has to compete against the professional chef and convince the jury trio around Reiner Calmund (71), Christian Rach (63) and Mirja Boes (48)?

Comedian Chris Tall (29), "Let's Dance" judge Motsi Mabuse (39) and actor André Dietz (45) will compete on August 9th. The stand-up comedian Chris Tall, bourgeois Christopher Nast, received the German Comedy Award for Best Newcomer in 2016 and received his own shows on RTL and Amazon Prime in 2018 and 2019. Tall will soon be seen in a special role: he will sit next to Dieter Bohlen on the "Supertalent" jury.

Dance school director and ex-professional dancer Motsi Mabuse has been part of the "Let's Dance" jury since 2011, and since 2019 she has also been part of the British version. André Dietz can be seen as Ingo Zadek on the RTL daily "Alles was geht" since 2006. In addition, he regularly takes on guest appearances in series such as "Notruf Hafenkante" or "In aller Freunde".

A singer, a presenter and a rapper

On August 16, LEA (28), Annie Hoffmann (36) and MoTrip (32) will compete in a cooking duel. With Annie Hoffmann, a former "Grill den Henssler" presenter competes against the professional chef, she led the show in 2019. Before that she moderated the VOX cooking format "Knife Fight Club". Singer LEA, who made her breakthrough with her song "Leiser" in 2017, and rapper MoTrip, his most successful track is "As you are", are old friends. In 2020 the two musicians took part in "Sing my song – The exchange concert".

On August 23, the cooking skills of Nicolas Puschmann (29), Vanessa Mai (28) and Markus Krebs (50) are in demand. In autumn 2019, Puschmann found his love happiness in candidate Lars Tönsfeuerborn (30) on the gay dating show "Prince Charming" (TVNow). Singer Vanessa Mai started a successful solo career in the hit universe in 2015. Stand-up comedian Markus Krebs won the "Comedy Grand Prix" at RTL in 2011 and has since been a guest on various TV shows.

A dog coach, a YouTuber, and a reality TV star

On August 30th, Martin Rütter (50), Detlef Steves (51) and Dagi Bee (25) will stand behind the stove. Rütter is a dog professional and author and has been helping dog owners to raise their four-legged friends since 2008 in the VOX documentary series "Der Hundeprofi". Steves made a name for himself through his appearances in VOX formats such as "Hot or Schrott – Die Allestester", took part in "Let's Dance" and also in "Grill den Henssler". The trio is completed by Dagi Bee, real name Dagmar Kazakov. She is one of Germany's most successful YouTubers and puts tutorials on all things styling and fashion online.

On September 6th, Sarah Lombardi (27), Jorge González (52) and Hardy Krüger Jr. (52) will contest the final of the summer season. Singer and former "DSDS" star Sarah Lombardi is a welcome guest on TV shows and took part in "Dancing On Ice" or "Das große Promibacken". In 2017 she was also part of "Grill den Henssler".

The Cuban choreographer Jorge González has been a member of the jury for the dance show "Let's Dance" since 2013 and stands out with his flashy outfits. And what is an actor behind the stove? Hardy Kruger Jr. will prove it. The 52-year-old has been seen in many German TV productions such as "Forsthaus Falkenau", "Das Traumschiff" or "Notruf Hafenkante".

Moderator Laura Wontorra (31) will guide you through what is happening at the stove. Sascha Stemberg (41), Ali Güngörmüs (43), Frank Buchholz (53), Christian Lohse (53) and Yannic Stockhausen support the candidates as professional chefs.
