Groupe ADP: The group’s total traffic increased by 37.2% in 2021


(Boursier.com) — The Group’s total traffic ADP increased by +37.2% in 2021 (+43.4 million passengers compared to 2020), with 160 million passengers welcomed across the entire network of managed airports, i.e. 45.6% of the level group traffic of the year 20191.

For Paris Aéroport alone, traffic is up +26.8% in 2021 (+8.9 million passengers compared to 2020), with 41.9 million passengers welcomed, i.e. 38.8% of Paris traffic Airport in 2019. Over the past year, traffic at Paris-Charles de Gaulle increased by +17.7% in 2021, with 26.2 million passengers welcomed, i.e. 34.4% of traffic in 2019, and traffic at Paris-Orly is up by +45.6% in 2021, with 15.7 million passengers welcomed, i.e. 49.4% of traffic in 2019.

For Paris Aéroport for the whole of 2021

International traffic (excluding Europe, including DROM-COM) was up +18.5% compared to 2020, to 34.9% of the 2019 level, due to growth on the following routes: North America ( +37.1%), Africa (+35.6%), Middle East (+20.9%), Latin America (+3.7%) and despite the decrease on the Asia-Pacific beam (-51, 8%);
European traffic (excluding France) was up +35.2% compared to 2020, to 37.8% of the 2019 level;
Metropolitan France traffic is up +26.6% compared to 2020, to 52.7% of the 2019 level;
DROM-COM traffic (within international traffic) is up +16.3% compared to 2020, to 63.6% of the 2019 level;
The number of connecting passengers is up +21.2%. The connecting rate stood at 22%, down -1.1 points compared to 2020.
