(Boursier.com) — By letter received on January 29 at the AMF, the simplified joint stock company Eximium, controlled by François Baulé, declared that it had crossed downward, on January 25, the threshold of 5% capital of the company Crit Group. It holds 2,355 Groupe Crit shares representing as many voting rights, i.e. 0.02% of the capital and 0.01% of the voting rights of the company.
This threshold crossing results from an off-market sale of Groupe Crit shares.
