(CercleFinance.com) – Bertrand Invest declared to the AMF that it had individually crossed upwards, on January 16, the threshold of 20% of the capital of Groupe Flo and that it individually held on that date 20.03% of the capital and 17.18 % of the voting rights of this catering company.
This threshold crossing results from the acquisition of Groupe Flo shares on the market as part of the public buyout offer initiated by Bertrand Invest, offer open from January 12 to 25 inclusive, at a unit price of 21 euros.
On this occasion, Olivier Bertrand did not cross any threshold and specified that as of January 16, through the companies he controls, he held 93.73% of the capital and 96.24% of the voting rights of Groupe Flo. .
