(CercleFinance.com) – Groupe Gorgé announces the completion of the acquisition of iXblue.
The merger of the latter with ECA Group, a subsidiary of Groupe Gorgé, will, according to Groupe Gorgé, ‘create a champion on cutting-edge technologies in order to offer the most efficient solutions to its civil and defense partners’.
The new entity should rank from the outset among the very first world players in the following fields, assures Groupe Gorgé, namely maritime autonomous robotic systems, very high performance inertial navigation solutions and products and equipment for aerospace. , photonics and quantum.
The capital of the new group will be divided between Groupe Gorgé (62% of the capital and 82% of the votes), ICG (33 of the capital and 11% of the votes) and Hervé Arditty (5% of the capital and 7% of the votes).
Groupe Gorgé has the option of buying back all of the financial instruments held by the ICG fund within a period of between 4 and 7 years, at a price for which the calculation formula has already been determined.
