Anikop follows in the footsteps of its parent company, the LDLC Group, and shifts its 33 employees to a 4-day week. Thus, Anikop employees each have a “day off”, a choice between Monday, Wednesday or Friday. The remuneration was of course maintained. Renowned for its quality of life at work, Anikop had already stood out in January 2021 by offering its employees free leave. The principle is simple: everyone is free to take as much paid leave as they wish.

The 4-day week and the paid holidays serve the same cause but meet 2 different needs. Where unlimited holidays allow you to free your mind by being able to take a day when you need it, the 4-day week rebalances life time over a week. Employees feel immediate effects by having an extra day per week to enjoy their children, develop an activity, or simply rest. The benefits of this pace of work no longer need to be proven.
