This was to be expected: given the ambitions of the title and the performance required to run it on home consoles, it seemed obvious that Grand Theft Auto 6 was going to focus on the most recent machines. However, someone nostalgic for the PS4 and Xbox One era wanted to create a box of the game, as if it had just been released: a creation which did not fail to amuse the GTA community.
GTA 6 Won’t Come to PS4, So This Gamer Acts Like It Will
For fans of the saga Grand Theft Auto, the year 2024 is going to be torture. For what ? Just because Rockstar Games’ next hit won’t arrive until 2025 and that we risk discovering new images during the eleven months to come, which will continue to cause unprecedented jubilation. There are also players who are so eager to get their hands on the game that they have already built their own case with the cover, even if it means turning a blind eye… by imagining it in the form of a PS4 version. Remember that this version is not planned for tomorrow the day before since Grand Theft Auto VI will only be released on PS5 and Xbox Series (and later on PC).
It is therefore on the community platform Reddit that the user KoalaWinterYT wanted to share his acquisition, or rather his creation. For once, this one used the official artwork, coupled with the format of the PS4 covers with the blue border placed at the top. Although the result was correct and the joke had its small effect, other Internet users had fun with this creation and outbidimagining a multitude of memes on this poor Sony console if it really had to run Grand Theft Auto 6 or responding that they too are waiting for their copy on Nintendo Switch.
