You may have discovered it during the previous edition of the AG French Direct: Guild of Ascension, the latest production from Quebec studio WhileOne Productions, will make its debut on Nintendo’s hybrid console. Good news, for the start of the year, the title formalizes a release date.
An imminent arrival
Tactical RPG with roguelite components already available on PC, Guild of Ascension had confirmed the existence of a Switch version in early November. From now on, we have a release date set for January 19, 2022, or in two short weeks. The title also opens its pre-orders on the eShop with a price of 16.99 €.
In Guild of Ascension, you must climb the floors of a mysterious tower by chaining the clashes. The fights take the form of a mix between turn-based and real time where it will be necessary to coordinate its two characters to achieve combos. On Steam, the software displays positive evaluations, and can therefore be registered as a pleasant pastime for the beginning of the year while awaiting more major releases.
