Günther Küblböck: He is against declaring his son dead

Günther Küblböck expressed horrified that his missing son Daniel Küblböck should be declared dead.

Daniel Küblböck (born 1985), who has been missing since September 2018, is to be declared dead at the end of September. This was reported by the "Passauer Neue Presse" last Thursday, citing an appeal by the Passau District Court in the newspaper: "The missing person is requested to report to the Passau District Court by September 25, 2020 at the latest (…) – Department for disappearance issues – to report, otherwise he can be declared dead. " Daniel Küblböck's father Günther has now commented on the application in an interview with the "Bild" newspaper. He only found out about this request through the media.

He was simply horrified that this could happen. "It has nothing to do with the family. This request was made by a stranger who only has something to do with Daniel and us. We do not agree at all." He is very upset that the district court let the application go through and asks the office to stop it. At the request of the "Bild" newspaper, the district court stated that the "issued contest followed the requirements of the Absence Act."

The entertainer and ex- "DSDS" candidate Daniel Küblböck went overboard of the "Aida Luna" on September 9, 2018 off the coast of Canada in the Labrador Sea and has since been officially "lost".
