Halle Berry is deeply moved by the death of her colleague Natalie Desselle-Reid. The two stood for "B.A.P.S." together in front of the camera.

Actress Natalie Desselle-Reid (1967-2020) died on Monday morning (December 7th) at the age of 53. A family member confirmed this to the US portal "TMZ". Desselle-Reid died of complications from colon cancer, and was diagnosed earlier this year. Halle Berry (54) was deeply moved on Instagram by the death of her actress colleague. "I am absolutely shocked and my heart is broken. It will take me a minute," she writes in her post and adds the hashtag #RIP ("rest in peace").

In addition, Berry released a short clip of the film "B.A.P.S." (German title: "Beverly Hills Beauties") from 1997. For the comedy, the two actresses stood together in front of the camera. Desselle-Reid was also known for her roles in the sitcom "Eve" or the comedy "Madea's Big Happy Family". She leaves behind her husband and three children.
