(CercleFinance.com) – Halliburton announced Thursday evening the finalization of the sale of its activities in Russia to a group of former employees for an amount that has not been disclosed.
The American oil services group stresses that following the transfer of its Russian assets, the transferred entity will take the name of BurService, a company now totally independent of its structures.
Halliburton says he will no longer conduct any business in the country following the completion of this transaction.
