Halo series starts on Sky: you need to know that about the subscription


The Halo series is here! While the series is running on Paramount Plus in the US, streaming provider Sky has grabbed the rights to the sci-fi epic in Germany. We explain to you which subscription German Halo fans need now and what costs you will incur.

Halo: The Epic Journey begins on Sky

Video game fans had to wait a long time, but now the time has finally come: The series for the shooter hit Halo has started worldwide! You can now watch the first of a total of nine episodes via streaming provider Sky. Optionally in the original sound, or with German dubbing.

Since the provider but the same multiple streaming packages has in its portfolio, including Sky Q, Sky Entertainment Plus, Sky Cinema, Sky Atlantic and Sky Ticket, we will briefly summarize for you which service you need and what it costs you.

Which Sky subscription makes the most sense for me?

Sky itself recommends the Sky Entertainment Plus package in connection with Halo. It costs 20 euros per month and also includes a basic subscription to Netflix.

On the other hand, we recommend Sky Ticket. This subscription includes Halo, but also all other series that Sky currently offers, including, for example, HBO’s hit series Euphoria or Bel-Air, a reboot of the cult series The Fresh Prince. This subscription costs only 9.99 euros per month.

In addition, Sky Halo will also be broadcast every Friday from 10:15 p.m. on Sky Atlantic. That is a Live TV Channelswhich is included in both the “Entertainment Plus” service and the ticket service.

But the following is important: Halo is released on a weekly basis. So if you book today and want to be there until the end, you will remain a Sky customer for at least two months. However, the subscriptions can be canceled on a monthly basis.
