(Boursier.com) — As previously mentioned in our financial communications, the Group Haulotte formulated, on April 27, 2023, a new request for a waiver to the early payment clause for financing in respect of non-compliance with banking ratios at the end of June 2023.
Haulotte Group announces that it has obtained the unanimous agreement of all lenders on May 23, 2023.
Next meeting with the results for the 1st half of 2023 on September 12.
