Do you listen to Bellas covers over and over again? The group will soon return to action in a fourth film “Pitch Perfect”.
It’s Rebel Wilson who says it: a Pitch Perfect 4 is currently in development. Will the film see the light of day, that is the question. But the actress really hopes so.
Indeed, during an interview for BBC Radio 2 published on April 30, Rebel Wilson discussed the future of the musical franchise – which with its three films has earned nearly $600 million at the international box office – and the potential return of the Bellas.
“I hope there will be a fourth in the works”, said the interpreter of the a cappella singer Patricia “Fat Amy” Hobart in the saga. “There is one in development. I know we’re older now, so I don’t know exactly what the scenario will be.”
She continued: “I guess they have to find the right storyline first, which is the eternal dilemma.”

The actress, who starred in the three Pitch Perfect films, released between 2012 and 2017, looked back with emotion on her experience on the set of the feature films, which also star Anna Kendrick, Brittany Snow, Anna Camp, Ester Dean or Hana Mae Lee again.
“I really loved making these films. We’re still friends, all the girls. They are so playful. I think what people see on screen is just us laughing. Actually, it wasn’t really acting, because I love singing and dancing, and I just really loved hanging out with this cast. It was actually fun.”
Bellas Reunion
Rebel Wilson And Anna Camp recently reunited on the set of another film, the action comedy Bride Hard. Last month, Rebel Wilson had shared a video of herself alongside her co-star, getting her hair and makeup done for the film in question, via her Instagram Stories, joking that the duo was on the set of Pitch Perfect 4.
