(Boursier.com) — H /Advisors has now become the new name and new brand identity of the international network of strategic communication (specialized, among other things, in corporate and financial communication, public affairs, ESG, crisis communication and cybersecurity) founded more than 20 years ago by Havas, one of the largest communication groups in the world.

Previously called /amo, after the initials of the founding agencies, H/Advisors brings together the best advisory agencies in more than 20 countries, offering a full range of strategic advisory services to clients around the world. The network embodies a common DNA of excellence and leadership, as well as its ambition to pursue its international expansion within a single team, with the strong support of Havas and its parent company Vivendi.

Since 2018, the H/Advisors network has grown significantly organically and through the acquisition of leading communications and public affairs teams, strengthening its presence in the United States, United Kingdom, Germany , Ireland, Belgium, Spain and Asia. H/Advisors is a premier organization for cross-border M&A disclosure. Last year alone, it advised 368 mergers and acquisitions transactions for a value of around 200 billion euros.

Yannick Bolloré, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Havas Group and Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Vivendi, comments:
“The new name and the new brand identity underline the ambitions of H/Advisors which thus opens a new chapter in its history under the leadership of Stéphane Fouks as President, alongside Neil Bennett and Tom Johnson, as new co- Managing Directors I am very proud to see that the network, which is strategic both for our customers and for the Group, has achieved the demanding growth plan that we defined in 2018. I assured Stéphane, Tom and Neil that they had the full support of Havas and Vivendi in pursuing their mission to make H/Advisors the undisputed leader in corporate and financial communications worldwide.”
