Hearing date of the appeal of the judgment of the French-speaking Business Court of Brussels which approves the judicial reorganization plan of LLama Group SA – 10/24/2023 at 6:30 p.m.

On September 13, 2023, the French-speaking Business Court of Brussels approved the reorganization plan of Llama Group SA, thus putting an end to the judicial reorganization procedure by collective agreement opened on May 17, 2023.

On September 28, 2023, the two bond creditors Inveready and Vatel filed a request for appeal against the approval judgment of the plan.

The hearing will be held on January 25, 2024 at 2 p.m. at the Brussels Court of Appeal.

The following timetable has been set for the exchange of the various conclusions of the parties:

– Llama Group and DES: November 23, 2023;

– Vatel Capital and Inveready: December 28, 2023;

– Llama Group and DES: January 15, 2024.
