The last post she wrote herself is just over a week old. After that, Larissa Brorges’ account became quieter. The reason: The influencer had to be hospitalized. That was on August 20, 2023. She suffered cardiac arrest, her family has now announced. “She suffered cardiac arrest on Sunday, August 20 and fought bravely in a coma for a week,” the sports student wrote in a photo. After a week of fighting, the unbelievable happened: Larissa suffered another cardiac arrest. And died. “In the early hours of the 28th, Larissa suffered another cardiac arrest and unfortunately did not survive,” her relatives said.
“It’s so heartbreaking”
The words that her family formulate when they say goodbye go to the heart. “The pain of losing someone so young, who was only 33, is so heartbreaking and the longing we will feel is indescribable,” it said. Her loved ones describe the Brazilian as a wonderful person who had to leave this earth far too early. “Besides her charming personality, Larissa was also a dedicated and hard working person.” In a short video, they show Larissa’s last journey, which took her to Pernambuco in northeastern Brazil. You can see a young woman who seems to love her life. Her relatives write: “She enjoyed everything that God gave her.”
