Helene spoke to “Bild” shortly before her appearance. She reveals about the birth of her first child: “I’m not really fit yet. It takes time. Everyone who has just become a mom knows that.” She now wants to enjoy the first few months with her baby to the fullest. “I’ll really enjoy this first year again before it starts again and I go on a big tour,” says the 37-year-old.

Helene Fischer announced a “creative break” in January 2019, which she then interrupted last fall with her new album “Rausch” and the associated promo. In October 2021, Fischer then announced, not entirely voluntarily, that she and her partner Thomas Seitel were expecting a child. She later presented her baby bump in the TV shows “Wetten dass…?” and “Small vs. Big”, but she did not reveal any details about her pregnancy.

In a big interview with the newspaper “Die Zeit”, Helene Fischer then spoke about the difficulties that life in public means for her. She was particularly hard hit by the fact that someone disclosed her pregnancy to the press. “What then really disappointed me is the fact that someone must have betrayed me, and to this day I can’t imagine who that could be,” said Fischer in an interview with “Die Zeit”. “There must be someone in our environment who chats.”

And that wasn’t the first time. The pop singer also had to announce the separation from Florian Silbereisen, 40, in December 2018 due to public pressure – she would have liked to have waited. “We actually wanted to wait until we went public with it, and we were betrayed here too.”
