On November 16 at 1:30 p.m., the alleged victim took a shower in his accommodation in Compiègne. During this time, her neighbor illegally enters her home to come and watch her and then sexually assault her. She struggles and screams, which scares the man away. When she leaves her house, the latter is in front of the door and stares at her.
Once at the station, the man allegedly attempted to assault several police officers. He will be tried on November 20, 2021 at the court of Compiègne. “He was taken to the signaling room and touched the thigh of the technician who was taking his prints”, explains Xavier Lacasa, the president of the hearing, at the court of Compiègne. In response to these accusations, which focus in part on the insistent looks of the accused man, his lawyer Me Bénédicte Meunier asks for his release. “Me, I did his removal and he did not touch my thigh, nor that of the prosecutor.
