On December 16, the beautiful Indira Ampiot will return her crown and a new Miss France will be elected. This coronation will take place after a lovely ceremony during which 30 candidates representing the 30 French regions, will introduce themselves and take turns trying to convince us to vote for them. But before the festivities, time in the sun, the candidates are currently on an official preparation trip which is taking place this year in Guyana.
A stay to prepare but also to start to stand out since the Misses will take the famous general knowledge test, make their first speeches and their first interviews in order to be ready for December 16.

And if some candidates already stand out from the crowd, in particular thanks to their presence on social networks, it seems clear that some would have no chance of winning. This is indeed what the results reveal analyzes on the most and least crowned regions since the launch of the Miss France competition in 1920. If the region that has won the title of Miss France the most times since 1920 is the Île-de-France region. The latest is Diane Leyre, crowned in 2022.
Conversely, some territories have never brought the crown home in over 100 years. These are Limousin, Champagne-Ardenne, Auvergne, Martinique, Mayotte, Saint Martin and Saint-Barthélemy, Saint-Pierre-et-Miquelon as well as Wallis-et-Futuna. As a result, this year, Agathe Toullieu (Miss Limousin 2023), Noa Dutitre (Miss Champagne-Ardenne 2023), Oriane Mallet (Miss Auvergne 2023), Chleo Modestine (Miss Martinique 2023) and Houdayifa Chibaco (Miss Mayotte 2023) would have no chance of winning.
