Honor is preparing to launch its new high-end smartphone in Europe, the Magic 6 Pro. Just before its official presentation, a report from Dealabs has just revealed at what price the device will arrive in France.
Last month, Honor launched its new high-end Magic 6 Pro in China. Unlike Xiaomi which will make us wait almost 4 months for its Xiaomi 14, Honor is already preparing to launch the device in Europe at the end of the month, on the occasion of the MWC 2024 show from Barcelona. If its official presentation is expected on February 25we already know more about its French price.
As usual, the famous French leaker billbil-kun revealed on Dealabs Magazine at what price we can expect the smartphone in France, and there is unfortunately some bad news. According to its information, the device will be launched at 1299 euros from us in a single configuration (512 GB of storage and 12 GB of RAM) and two colors (black and green).
The Honor Magic 6 Pro is more expensive than its predecessor
With a price of 1299 euros, the Honor Magic 6 Pro is 100 euros more expensive than the previous model, the Honor Magic 5 Pro. So it’s a shame to see that Honor increased its prices, when Samsung and Apple both lowered theirs on the Galaxy S24 and iPhone 15, respectively. However, Honor has also greatly improved the technical sheet of the device, perhaps explaining this small increase.
Let us also remember that Honor had offered the first buyers an extremely interesting launch offer, which gave the right to a reduction of 200 euros and a free Honor Pad 8 tablet. It is therefore likely that Honor will once again put in place such competitive pre-order bonuses, which could well convince many consumers to fall for the smartphone.
It now remains to be seen what will make up the launch offer for the Honor Magic 6 Pro. What is certain is that the device will position itself as one of the best value for money of the year in the premium segment. We will obviously keep you informed as soon as we learn more about it.
