The best supermarket puff pastries

According to the scale established by the magazine, two puff pastries top the ranking with a score of 13.5/20: Franprix pure butter puff pastry (€1.75) whose composition is impeccable (flour, water and concentrated butter) but which has a little too much fat, salt and little fiber. Pure butter puff pastry from the Picard brand (€4.60) gets the same rating and even has a slightly lower salt content. Its price per kilo, however, is a little higher.

As for the bad performers, these are two organic puff pastries which are placed at the bottom of the ranking.
