Here it all begins: Eliott’s moving farewell to his friends

Will Nicolas Anselmo really leave “Here it all begins”? TF1 has in any case unveiled an extract in advance in which Eliott announces to his friends that he is leaving the institute to join Greg in Tokyo. Take out the tissues.

After the departure of Greg (Mikael Mittelstadt), who took everyone by surprise last December, fans of Here it all begins must obviously prepare to say goodbye to another key character in the TF1 culinary soap opera.

Shaken by his meeting with Mr. Clerc, a client of Double A who has decided to make a list of all the things he and his wife had promised to do before her death, Eliott (Nicolas Anselmo) will take big decisions in the next episodes of Here it all begins.

Spurred on by Hortense (Catherine Davydzenka), he will first reconnect with his father and announce his upcoming marriage to Greg. But that’s not all !

On learning that Mr. Clerc has gone around the world to honor the memory of the great love of his life, Eliott will realize that he must live in the present moment and will announce to his friends that he is leaving to join Greg in Tokyo… and therefore left the Auguste Armand Institute even before obtaining his diploma.

Eliott will he really leave the institute?

In an excerpt from the episode of Here it all begins on Friday March 10, Mehdi (Marvin Pellegrino) tries to reason with Eliott by explaining to him that his decision is absurd and that he cannot let go of everything a few months before the end of his course at the institute. And especially not “just for a guy”.

Eliott, however, doesn’t see it that way. “It doesn’t matter, who cares, it’s just a piece of paper, I don’t need that to launch my nomadic restaurant”answers the young chef in the making embodied by Nicolas Anselmo, who reminds him in passing that Greg is not just any guy. “He’s the man of my life”.

Mehdi then seeks support from Hortense who, surprisingly, has remained very silent since the start of their conversation. Indeed, if she is devastated at the idea of seeing her best friend leave, she is forced to admit that she understands his decision.

“I don’t think I have anything to say. Deep down, I think I understand. Can’t you see how sad he’s been since he left?”she says to her boyfriend, who then finally realizes what Eliott has been going through since Greg left for Tokyo.

“In truth I am aware that it is stupid, that the logical decision would be to wait”admits Eliott before opening his heart to his friends. “But I feel cut in half without him. I don’t want anything because I can’t actually share it with him. So it’s like a big void where I miss everything. His jokes, his looks, his smell, everything.

After promising Hortense to send her postcards from Tokyo, Eliott hugs his two friends. Mehdi then confesses to him that they will miss him terribly. And, in an instant, Eliott’s future seems sealed.

But do the writers of Here it all begins have a major twist in store for us that could thwart the young cook’s plans? Or will Nicolas Anselmo, in turn, leave the series, after Clément Rémiens, Rebecca Benhamour and Mikaël Mittelstadt?

One thing is certain: the synopsis of the episode of Friday, March 17 announces that“an emblematic student leaves the institute”. So, from there to think that it is indeed Eliott, there is only one step.

Even if the production and TF1, contacted by us, recently let us know that this announced departure – whether it is Nicolas Anselmo or another actor – was not final. Case to follow.
