In the episode ofHere it all begins Tuesday, January 11, 2022, Tom (Tom Darmon) was assaulted by a hater, KILLTOM. Antoine (Frédéric Diefhental) advises him to file a complaint and temporarily stop posting videos, but the young influencer refuses to panic and let KILLTOM win. During Chef Guinot’s (Catherine Marchal) class, Greg (Mikaël Mittelstadt) hears from Tom. The young man asks him not to worry. He thanks Ambre (Claire Morin) for making his attacker flee the day before and invites him for a drink after class. Once there, Tom meets the gaze of a client whom he takes for his attacker and is very aggressive towards him. Amber wonders if Tom might be suffering from post-traumatic stress disorder, but Tom plays the situation down. Back at the Institute, a student involuntarily pushes him aside and Tom starts to panic …
Guillaume (Bruno Putzulu) has been sleeping on the sofa for a week.Clotilde (Elsa Lunghini) tries to make him listen to reason, but the assistant principal does not know where he is. He needs time to make a choice between his wife and his mistress, Laëtitia (Florence Coste). Clotilde offers him to change his mind by organizing their 20 years of marriage, which must take place the next day, but Guillaume finds it strange to celebrate anything under the current conditions. Demoralized, Clotilde confides in Rose (Vanessa Demouy). She is convinced that her husband will eventually leave. For his part, Guillaume is overcome by nostalgia and tells Antoine about the situation. The latter advises him to put aside the tensions and mark the occasion with Clotilde. 20 years of marriage is no small feat.
On Antoine’s advice, Guillaume decides to celebrate his 20 years of marriage with Clotilde and buys her a present. Laëtitia discovers it and gets angry. She has the impression that Guillaume is marinating her while he is having a good time with Clotilde. Guillaume assures him that this is not the case, but Laëtitia is exhausted and cuts the conversation short.
Cardone and Élodie trap Maxime
On a small cloud since the proposal of chef Michel Sarran, Maxime (Clément Rémiens) puts Salomé (Aurélie Pons) in the confidence. The young woman is delighted for her ex-boyfriend. Louis (Fabian Wolfrom) overhears their conversation and repeats what he heard to Enzo (Aziz Diabaté). When he learns that Maxime will be appointed chef of Michel Sarran’s new restaurant if he wins the competition, Enzo becomes demotivated. He is convinced that the chef will favor Maxime during the trials. Louis and Enzo put Élodie (Sarah-Cheyenne) and the chef Cardone (Alexandra Vandernoot) in the confidence. Élodie suggests going to talk to Sarran about it, but Annabelle has another idea: to set a trap for Maxime.
A bit later, Maxime witnesses a shocking altercation between Élodie and the chef Cardone. The latter is odious towards her student. She accuses him of having failed the test of the day before and humiliates her by forcing her to pick up potatoes that have fallen on the ground. Worried, Maxime waits for Chef Cardone to leave and goes to see Elodie. The young woman explains to him that Cardone is simply demanding, but Maxime finds that the boss is abusing her power. He even has the impression that Annabelle is physically violent with Élodie. He decides to talk to Louis and Enzo about it and suggests giving up the competition to support Elodie. Unsurprisingly, Louis refuses to sacrifice himself.
The time for the second round of the competition has arrived. Chef Sarran announces to the competitors that they will have to prepare a starter with cooking without heat: without fire or oven. Teyssier (Benjamin Baroche) suggests cooking sea bream with the acidity of the marinade, but Maxime has his head elsewhere. He is concerned about the chef Cardone, who is very authoritarian with Élodie. In the middle of the ordeal, he tells Teyssier that Annabelle is mistreating Élodie but the chief does not care. He reminds her that they must win the competition to prevent Louis from becoming director of the Institute. A little later, the chef Cardone voluntarily humiliates Élodie in front of Maxime. Pushed to the limit, Maxime denounces Cardone to the jury. Faced with the gravity of the situation, Michel Sarran announces the suspension of the event. The jury will decide the next day whether the competition can continue or not …
