Here it all begins (spoilers): Constance confesses to Teyssier his infidelity, he loses his footing

In the episode ofHere it all starts Tuesday, May 31, after her escapade, Constance (Sabine Perraud) returns home to collect some belongings. But Teyssier (Benjamin Baroche) greets him with violence and urges him not to set foot in their house again. In revenge, the nurse whispers in her husband’s ear that she is taken action with Chef Landiras. While Théo (Khaled Alouach) is unloading a van at the commissary, Teyssier insists on checking the goods himself. His son understands that this helps him to stop thinking about Constance’s departure. Even though he always defended his mother tooth and nail, Theo is touched to see his father in such a state.. But the director of the Institute is pointing. He refuses to speak to his son about his pain and about what Constance confided to him. At the same time, Zacharie (Julien Alluguette) approaches Constance in the park. He regrets not having seen her this weekend but she needed time for herself. Constance also tells her that she wants to avoid Teyssier as much as possible, but being settled with Clotilde (Elsa Lunghini), it may not be easy. Zacharie therefore offers to let him have his apartment., while he is going to crib at a friend’s house. But Constance declines for fear that her family will take it badly.

Worried about her father, Charlene (Pola Petrenko) asks her brother and cousin to join her. She had never seen her father miss a dessert even when he was going through difficult phases with Constance., while there he completely missed his lemon pie and was confused during his masterclass. She fears that her father will fall into depression. Axel (Thomas Da Costa) tries to reassure them but Theo does not like his cousin, who has only been there for a few weeks, explaining to them how their father works. A little after, Axel joins Teyssier to tell him that many are worried about him. But the interested party believes that it is not a question of concentration but that he has lost his talent. He then asks his nephew to taste the pie he has just made as proof, but he refuses, claiming to already know his taste. Emmanuel grabs Axel to force him to taste it, before apologizing. He realizes he is like Zacharie when Gabrielle (Claire Morin) left him and considers to be nothing without Constance.

Hortense (Catherine Davydzenka) makes an appointment with Mehdi (Marvin Pellegrino) in the kitchens to make him live an incredible sensory experience. For this, she blindfolds her darling and makes him taste a cream made from endives. Except that this one has a vanilla taste when combined with a red powder. This powder is miraculin and comes from West Africa. It clings to the taste buds and changes the perception of tastes, which explains Mehdi’s mistake. Enthusiastic, Hortense is convinced that Theo will be ready to add it to the Double A menu. She therefore presents her idea to Theo and the chef Armand but this one sweeps it away with the back of her hand. Especially since the application restaurant is not a laboratory. A little later, Theo explains to Hortense that it can be tried. Something to delight the young woman who is teeming with ideas. If she comes up with a good idea, Theo will put her in the suggestions, no matter what Clotilde thinkssince she is not the leader of Double A.

Axel wants convince his uncle to let him pass the entrance exam of the Institute. So he makes her taste his creation, a millefeuille of strawberries and beets. By way of a verdict, Emmanuel simply arranges to meet his nephew in his office at 2 p.m. When he arrives, Axel also faces Salomé (Aurélie Pons). Teyssier believes that his nephew does not yet have quite the level of excellence required for the Institute, on the other hand, he has potential. He therefore accepts that he passes the entrance examination, on the condition that he be coached by Salomé. He doesn’t want him to ruin his chances by being supported by Jasmine (Zoï Sévérin) whom he considers fickle and crazy. Worse, she is a vegetarian and refuses to cook meat, even though it might fall on the exam. Both do not want to work together but the director leaves them little choice. This news does not leave Jasmine indifferent either. She is angry, especially because her darling will spend all her time with her rival. Axel assures her that he doesn’t want to look elsewhere and that nothing will happen with Salomé, which manages to reassure her.
