Warning, this article contains spoilers about the sequel to Here It All Begins.

The beginning of the end for Hippolyte du Chesnay (Tom Novembre) in Here it all begins (TF1)? One thing is certain: the students of the Auguste Armand Institute definitely don’t intend to let this happen anymore!

Upon his arrival as a new room teacher, the butler had already been rebuffed by several students, such as Billie (Margaux Aguilar), Pénélope (Laurence Facelina) or Laetitia (Florence Coste), because of his remarks and his misogynistic attitude. But now things have taken a different turn, following suspicions of mistreatment against Lisandro’s replacement (Agustin Galiana).

Leonardo’s plan to bring down Du Chesnay

If Léonard (Thomas Vilan) accepted Du Chesnay’s proposal on Friday – which consists of taking private lessons with him in order to succeed David (Liam Hellmann) as maître d’ of the Double A – it is because he has an idea in his head.

Indeed, in an extract from this Monday, October 30 episode of the daily soap opera revealed in advance by the channel, Léonard explains to his sponsor and friend Ethan (Rik Kleve) the way in which he would like to serve as bait to trap Hippolytus. Concretely, Léonard explains that he could go to his next private lesson with Du Chesnay while remaining discreetly on the phone with Lisandro and Rose (Vanessa Demouy).

In this way, they will be able to see for themselves if their colleague reacts badly when Leonard makes mistakes on purpose, and use, in this case, the recording of the call as proof. Ethan is then skeptical: he finds the plan too dangerous. He wonders why they just don’t strongly encourage David to testify against their classroom teacher, to which Leonard retorts that it’s not that easy for a victim of violence to speak up.

Another victim of violence at the Institute

After a moment of hesitation, Leonard ends up confiding to Ethan that he himself had the bitter experience of it in the past. Leonard then tells him about a certain Ludovic, an educator from the home where he spent part of his childhood and whom everyone adored. Ludovic was a funny person, always smiling and always seemed relaxed. But as soon as he found himself alone with Leonard, he was violent with him, without him ever knowing for what reason.

When Ethan, touched by his friend’s confidence, asks him if he has never tried to denounce the behavior of his educator, Leonard replies that when he tried to do so, his word was not taken. seriously. Ethan then understands better why Leonard wants to try to help David at all costs…

The mark of trust that Leonardo shows in Ethan in this scene will not fail, in any case, to strengthen the emerging and already strong bond between the two young adults. But also to fuel fans’ suspicions regarding a future rapprochement between them and the appearance of a friendly and love triangle with Maya (Alexandra Favalli). To be continued…
