ENZO DISCOVER LOUIS’S NOTEBOOK
In the morning, Teyssier discovers the article by Naia Monfray. Entitled “Louis Armand, the rising star”, the paper tells how the director of the institute sought to oust Louis from the competition despite his immense talent. If this article is not at all to the taste of the Teyssier family, Charlène finds it very good on the contrary and considers that it is normal that her boyfriend is recognized at his fair value.
Since publication, double A has been drowning in reservations from customers asking to taste Louis’ dish. However, Emmanuel is categorically opposed to putting a dish from the son Armand on the restaurant menu.
In the kitchen, Naia Monfray’s article is also very popular. While Maxime is convinced that Louis used the culinary journalist to settle accounts with Teyssier, Enzo thinks his friend is jealous and even goes so far as to defend the son Armand. As the tone rises, Theo intervenes and ends their conversation.
Later, Claire organized a tasting for Lisandro, Théo and Clotilde. Louis’ dish being unanimous, Teyssier has no other choice but to integrate it as an exclusive creation on the double A menu. However, the director excludes any communication on the subject. Finally, Teyssier gives in to his blackmail and offers Maxime to take the competition with Louis. Unfortunately, the Delcourt son prefers to withdraw rather than work in pairs with him.
At the end of the day, Enzo overhears a telephone conversation between Louis and Charlene during which the son Armand indicates having invented a new recipe based on lamb. Enzo takes advantage as Louis walks away to take a picture of several pages of Auguste Armand’s recipe book that he passes off as his.
GUILLAUME COMES TO AID TO LAETITIA
Her bank accounts being in the red, Laetitia does not know how she will be able to pay her daughter’s school fees. If she initially plans to do some extras in restaurants to improve her financial situation, the young woman quickly realizes that she will not have much time to see Guillaume. This is why the latter suggests later to Antoine to hire Laetitia as an assistant. However, the principal refuses.
Subsequently, Laetitia arrives in Antoine’s office and tries to convince him to take her as his assistant.
