In the next episode of “Here it all begins”… Following the latest revelations, it’s time for Jim to confess. Between love and friendship, Maya’s heart swings. Faced with the intensity of sports coaching, Lionel is struggling.

Tuesday December 5 in Here it all begins…
Jim confides in Jasmine
At the hospital, Jasmine finds Marc at Thibault’s bedside, still in a coma. Leroy laments the situation of his two sons, Jim having now disappeared after being accused of deserting the army. Seeing him so desperate, Jasmine confides in him that she is hiding Jim at home. However, Marc cannot go see him at the risk of arousing suspicion.
Back at the Institute, Jasmine joins her classmates who are waiting for their exam results. Laetitia comes to show them off: Jasmine got a score of 11, which isn’t so bad. At the same time, Carla notices that Jim got the best grade in his class. She still finds it suspicious that he was a hit while her brother was in a coma. Carla openly accuses him of being responsible for the explosion, which pisses off Bérénice. She loses her temper violently against her friend, yelling at her to shut up.
Bérénice then rushes to the infirmary to find refuge with Constance. This is where the captain of the gendarmerie arrives to question the young girl about her presence at the Workshop just before the explosion. Bérénice having difficulty formulating a clear answer, Constance decides to lie to cover her up, by telling the police officer that they were together. The gendarme points out, however, that Bérénice would have said the opposite to Jasmine. Bérénice retorts that it is a misunderstanding, confirming her sister’s alibi.
For her part, Jasmine returns home. She tells Jim the results of the exams, then tells him of Bérénice’s surprising reaction, which she analyzes as proof of her guilt. She actually begins to doubt the First Year’s sincerity during their confrontation.
A little later, Jim takes out some ingredients that he found in Jasmine’s cupboards and challenges her to make a gourmet recipe with them. Jasmine explains that she no longer finds meaning or pleasure in cooking. Especially since she has other priorities these days. But Jim pushes her to her limits so much that she ends up accepting.
Jasmine prepares a dish that she lets him taste. Jim criticizes him on purpose to see his reaction. Seeing that Jasmine ardently defends her dish, Jim makes her understand that she is obviously not as detached from cooking as she thinks. He encourages her not to give up her studies.
Jasmine takes the opportunity to return the question to Jim and try to understand why he abandoned the army when he doesn’t seem like the type to shy away. Jim tells him that he received a message from his mother, whom he had not seen since his parents’ divorce when he was little, 6 months ago, when he was on leave. He thus agreed to see her again and felt perfectly good with her. Except that a few days later, the latter left him without news. Without thinking, Jim dropped everything to try to find her, in vain. When he finally decided to return to his crew, his friends warned him that he was considered a deserter because he had not informed his superiors of his prolonged absence. So Jim went home without saying anything.
Touched by his story, Jasmine then questions him about what happened to his mother. Jim cuts the conversation short by preferring to clear the table…
Lionel wants to quit sport
In the park, Lionel admits to Kelly that he no longer wants to follow the training planned by Gaëtan now that he knows that she loves him the way he is. However, he is afraid that Solal will take it badly.
Lionel finds Solal a little later. This one is all in for their morning workout. He also admits that he feels much better about himself since they started their program. Lionel gives up telling him the truth and agrees to train with him again.
Later, the two boys cook together at the Atelier. They make a log that Lionel can’t wait to taste. But Solal stops him in order to respect their fat-free and sugar-free diet. When Kelly joins them, Solal disappears, not without reminding Lionel that they have an appointment in the afternoon for another sports session. Kelly thus understands that her boyfriend did not dare to tell his friend the truth.
Lionel therefore inflicts a second sports session on himself during the day. No longer able to stand it, he ends up admitting to Solal that he no longer has any motivation to continue. On the other hand, he refuses to let go of Solal and agrees to become his sports coach.
Maya makes a choice between Ethan and Leonard
At Maya’s request, Salomé requests Leonard’s presence within her Double A brigade. Maya explains to her best friend that she wants to spend more time with him because she misses him terribly. Leonardo accepts.
During service, Maya asks him for help to correct the acidity of a sauce. Leonard helps him find a solution. In return, Maya thanks him for always being there to support her.
After the service, Maya and Leonard continue to hang out in the park together. Maya doesn’t see the time passing and realizes that she is late for her meeting with Ethan. She offers to accompany Leonard, but he refuses. Maya then expresses her heartbreak at always having to choose between her best friend and her boyfriend.
When Maya finds Ethan, she tells him that she prefers to break up with him to favor her relationship with Leonard. Ethan struggles to take the blow.
