In the next episode of “Here it all begins”… With the Leroys, Teyssier has the impression of being taken for the prank. Victim of his success, Gaëtan distributes clandestine advice. Lionel and Jude pedal through the semolina.

Thursday February 22 in Here it all begins…
Iris blackmails Teyssier
After discovering Jim and Jasmine’s betrayal, Thibault demanded explanations from his brother, who punched him in the face. If Leroy would like his sons not to remain angry, Thibault does not feel capable of setting foot in the Institute again. He needs a few days to get some fresh air.
At the Institute, Jim admits to Jasmine that he would like to reconcile with Thibault. At the same time, he sees his father and learns that his brother has taken off. Leroy advises his eldest to concentrate on his disciplinary council which will take place the next day by keeping his wits about him to avoid being fired.
At Double A, David, Billie and Deva discuss the love triangle formed by Jasmine, Jim and Thibault and its consequences. If David and Billie think that the two brothers will end up burying the hatchet, Deva is not so optimistic. Hearing their conversation, Iris learns that Thibault has left.
She goes down to the cellar to ask Jasmine where Thibault is, but the latter ignores her. Iris would like Jim to apologize to her brother again. Jasmine thinks, on the contrary, that they should first wait until the pressure has subsided. The young woman instead suggests that Iris come to Jim’s aid by convincing Teyssier not to fire him.
For his part, Jim is in the kitchen where he practices on a dish. He meets Anaïs. She is angry with him for the photomontage. Jim states it was nothing personal. Anaïs retorts that she almost lost everything at the time. So she hopes Jim gets fired.
Meanwhile, Iris blackmails Teyssier: she claims to have kept his inflammatory letter and threatens to make it public if he fires Jim from the Institute. Afterwards, Iris goes to Double A for a lesson on the history of wine. Teyssier arrives there a few minutes later to make a coffee. He takes advantage of the fact that Iris’s back is turned to steal her keys.
Teyssier therefore goes to Iris’s house and searches through her belongings in order to get his hands on the letter. But Iris is one step ahead. She quickly organizes an aperitif with Constance, then calls Teyssier to inform him of the situation. Iris adds that she kept the letter with her. She threatens to read it to Constance if Teyssier fires Jim…
Lionel and Jude hold on
At the Workshop, Lionel and Jude are still disappointed by their meeting and by Mattéo’s attitude. Jude, however, criticizes his partner for having lacked tact. At the same time, the Listrac chef arrives in the company of Mattéo. Jude apologizes for upsetting him with their remarks the day before. The two students then present their rescue plan to a rather skeptical Mattéo.
Later, Lionel and Jude talk about the situation with Kelly. If Lionel is really not tender towards Mattéo whom he describes as a redneck, Jude tries to put himself in his place, emphasizing that opening a restaurant was not his dream and that we must therefore be more diplomatic with him .
Back at the Atelier, Lionel and Jude present their recipes to Mattéo. This one denigrates every plate. He criticizes their lack of originality or their overly gastronomic inspiration. Jude ends up losing his temper. Mattéo leaves.
A few minutes later, the Listrac chef announces to the two boys that Mattéo has validated their entire menu. Lionel and Jude are surprised, but happy.
Gaëtan continues to give nutritional advice
Gaëtan gives a sports class at the Institute. He notices that Tom is exhausted. The young man admits that he feels tired all the time and asks the coach for nutritional advice. Gaëtan arranges to meet him at the CDI.
As expected, he finds him there with an energizing smoothie. At the same time, Antoine, who has come to put away some books, catches them in the act. While Gaëtan expects to be yelled at, Antoine is interested in the smoothie recipe. He even goes so far as to ask the sports coach for nutritional advice on building muscle.
