In the next episode of “Here it all begins”… To cope with her grief, Hortense finds support where she did not expect it. Jude’s victory is bittersweet. In love, Laetitia puts the cart before the horse.

Friday March 29 in Here it all begins…
Hortense finds support from Anthony
At the Institute, Hortense asks Mehdi to choose a crown of flowers for her father’s funeral because he can’t do it. Mehdi regrets that it is not hydrangea season. This makes Hortense cry. Mehdi blames himself for making her cry. Hortense explains that she has overcome her state of shock and that she is allowing herself to break down because it makes her feel good.
The young woman then goes to the kitchen to take care of the funeral buffet. Clotilde, Claire, as well as Malik, Léonard and Maya come to lend him a hand. Hortense is very touched.
A little later, Vic thanks his sister for taking charge of all the organization of their father’s funeral. Hortense admits that this allows her to keep her mind occupied. Anthony interrupts them to give Hortense the booklets for the funeral. If Vic thinks he’s doing too much, Hortense thinks his approach is sincere. She also confides to her sister that it is thanks to him that she managed to say what was on her heart.
The Rochemont girls find their mother at the boarding school. After reflection, Eugénie does not feel justified in giving a speech at her ex-husband’s funeral. Since Vic doesn’t feel capable of doing it, Hortense volunteers to do it.
She gets down to writing the speech with Mehdi by her side. Unsatisfied with what she has written, she asks her husband to read it to give him his opinion. However, the latter considers it preferable that he discovers it at the same time as everyone else at the ceremony. Hortense retorts that this speech is very important to her given the last words she exchanged with her father. In the absence of support from her husband, Hortense turns to Anthony.
She meets him at the amphitheater to read him his speech which he finds perfect. However, he emphasizes that this is not the most important thing. He remembers the time he made Daniel laugh when he suggested putting a lobster back into the sea while they were at a seafood restaurant. Hortense remembers his giggles. Anthony says it is this image of himself that we must cherish. Hortense agrees with him.
While everyone goes to the cemetery, Mehdi starts to feel bad. He confides to Enzo that he has a phobia about funeral ceremonies because of the leukemia he had when he was little. In addition, he does not feel capable of handling his wife’s distress. Enzo encourages him to overcome his fear.
As agreed, Hortense speaks to honor the memory of her father. She is moved. A little behind, Mehdi tries to take it upon himself, but ends up leaving the place…
Laetitia is disillusioned
In the park, Laetitia confides to Kelly that Zacharie arranged to meet her at the place where they ate their first ice cream together. She adds that she found a guest list in the pocket of one of her jackets. Laetitia therefore has no doubt: her companion will ask for her hand.
During the meeting, Laetitia and Zacharie eat ice cream while remembering good memories. When he gets down on one knee, Laetitia gets carried away and answers “yes”. However, she notices that her companion is simply tying his shoelace.
Getting up, Zacharie understands that there has been a misunderstanding. In fact, he wanted to show her the premises he found to open his own luxury pastry shop. As for the guest list that Laetitia found, these were the guests for the inauguration evening.
Laetitia cannot hide her disappointment. She declares that their relationship is not moving forward and that they have no plans together, before leaving Zacharie on the spot.
Jude realizes his feelings
At Léonine, Jude and Lionel are super stressed as their evaluation approaches. Jude also begs Mattéo not to play Teyssier’s game to avoid any catastrophe.
Teyssier and Listrac arrive at the restaurant together. The trio seats them at a table, then gives them the menu, while other customers arrive. Mattéo manages to keep calm.
At the end of the service, Listrac announces to its students that they have kept their promise, which earns them an 18/20. Teyssier also compliments them.
At the roommate, Lionel and Jude are relieved. The latter, however, realizes that he, or rather Mattéo, will miss this project. Lionel encourages his partner to contact the young man again.
Jude therefore arranges to meet Mattéo in a discreet corner of the marshes. He says he wants to be with him and respects the fact that he’s not ready to come out. In fact, he prefers to see him in secret than not to see him at all. This is also the case for Mattéo. They are kissing.
