In the next episode of “Here it all begins”, David reviews his positions. Billie and Charlène investigate Joachim. Greg plays the delusions of grandeur card to win back Eliott.

Friday, December 16 in Here it all begins…
At the entrance to the Institute, David thanks Inesta for saving his life the day before. He says he’s not used to drinking so much. He would like the professor to keep that to himself. The latter accepts on the condition that David gives his all during their last ordeal. Inesta wants a real fair fight.
Warned by Rose, Anaïs cut short her internship to return to Lisandro. She is obviously worried about her injured hand, but Lisandro absolutely wants to compete until the end. Otherwise, he thinks that we will only retain the reputation of being a violent teacher.
As the ordeal approaches, Helena says she is ready to give up because she will never forgive herself if Lisandro loses her hand. This one wants to assume until the end. The president of the jury then announces what the mystery test consists of: the two candidates must make ten times the cocktail of their choice in ten minutes. They will be judged on their speed, skill, accuracy and dexterity. Lisandro gets started. Despite his determination, he ends up suffering over the length. But nothing stops her, until the last second. Anaïs admires his courage.
After deliberations, the president of the jury declares Lisandro as winner of the championship. If the results were very close, his team pulled out of the game on the tasting part. Indeed, Helena and her assistants made a dosage error in one of their glasses. Lisandro is acclaimed by the public. Helena congratulates him personally, assuring that she will find another job to pursue her adoption project.
For Antoine, however, the victory of Lisandro does not change anything. He still plans to have him expelled from school. For this, he asks David to file a complaint against his teacher for assault. The student agrees…
The next day, Lisandro walks through the doors of the Institute having regained the esteem of the students. He even receives congratulations from Ethan and Samia. Anaïs is very proud of her companion.
Meanwhile, Antoine summons the board of directors to convince them to fire Lisandro. If this is not the case, David will file a complaint against him. However, the student, who is invited to the meeting, declares that he has changed his mind on this subject.
On returning home, Antoine and Rose confide in each other that they regretted not teaming up on this one. But Rose didn’t see herself betraying her friendship for Lisandro. She offers Antoine to put it all behind them. The couple eventually reconcile.
At the CDI, Lisandro goes to thank David for having defended him before the board of directors. David explains that it is only fair because he himself saved his life. Deva, who overheard their conversation, praises David for his behavior. At the same time, Souleymane interrupts them for his meeting with Deva. The two exes take a walk in the Marais. After reflection, Deva affirms to Souleymane her wish to get back into a relationship with him. However, Souleymane suspects her of having feelings for David. She may deny it as a whole, he prefers that they remain separate.
While drinking a beer with David, Solal receives a message from Amber. She postpones their movie night, preferring to support Deva who feels bad because of her breakup with Souleymane. David is not indifferent to the understanding of this news.
For her part, Helena comes to say goodbye to Lisandro before he leaves. He promises to always be there for her if needed. Helena then takes the opportunity to ask him to have a child with her. Later, Lisandro talks about it to Anaïs. Faced with the very closed reaction of his girlfriend, Lisandro claims to have answered no to Helena’s proposal…
Greg avoids taking his father’s calls because he can’t make up his mind. Lionel and Jasmine consider that he cannot refuse such an opportunity. But Greg hesitates because getting involved in the Christmas menu will keep him away from Eliott, and he fears that Jude will take the opportunity to grab him. Lionel therefore suggests to Greg to take Eliott in his brigade.
Teyssier gathers the students at Double A to tell them that chef Delobel is in charge of the Institute’s Christmas menu and that Greg will be the chef of the brigade. Tom criticizes the Delobels for operating by piston. To prove him wrong, Greg declares that he will organize a selection to choose the four members of his brigade.
In the kitchen, Greg asks his classmates to revisit a great classic: turkey supreme with chestnuts. Noting Eliott’s absence, Greg does not hide his disappointment. Jasmine tries to reassure him. After tasting the plates of his comrades, Greg chooses Hortense, Mehdi, Jasmine and Lionel as members of his brigade. At the same time, they see Eliott returning to the Institute without glancing at the kitchens…
The next day, Delphine, who has gone to the roommate to bring croissants, notices that there is a certain distance between Greg and Eliott, but the two exes invent a pretext to reassure her.
Eliott then receives a call from the owner of the food truck who informs him that she has finally found a buyer. Despite the support of Jude and Hortense, Eliott is completely unmotivated and prefers to drop the case.
For his part, Greg appoints Lionel as his second, then puts Mehdi in charge of the starter, Hortense of the main course and Jasmine of a pre-dessert which will be served before the traditional yule log of Teyssier, for the Christmas menu. After which, Greg takes Lionel to the Marais where he meets the owner of the food truck he bought for Eliott in order to win him back…
While they are working together on their culinary decoration project in the park of the Institute, Billie and Charlène see Joachim in the distance. Charlene can’t help telling her friend what she saw a few days ago. The two girls suspect Joachim of being an escort. At the same time, Joachim picks up his phone to confirm an appointment. Billie and Charlène continue their investigation to find Joachim’s profile on an escort site. Axel joins them and suggests they try a reverse image search, but it yields no results.
In order to prove that she is right, Charlène posts herself on the café terrace just opposite the hotel where Joachim shows up. When a woman joins him, Charlène tries to take their picture as proof. But then she discovers the identity of Joachim’s client: it is his aunt, Lola…
Confused, Charlene asks Billie for advice. She tells him not to tell anyone.
The next day, Joachim and Lola share a coffee after spending the night together. Lola claims to have no regrets, even if she never imagined cheating on her husband one day. She declares that she does not prefer to see Joachim again, then leaves, forgetting her bracelet on the table. When Joachim realizes this, Lola is already far away.
Later, Charlene overhears Lola lying to Constance about the night before. After her mother leaves, Charlene confronts her aunt about what she saw and what she deduced from it. Lola thus learns that Joachim is the technical director of the Institute. She therefore fears that Axel knows about it. Charlene promises him to keep the secret.
At the studio, Axel works with chef Théo, while Joachim makes repairs. He accidentally drops Lola’s bracelet on the ground. Axel identifies the lucky charm: it is the Greek komboloi that he brought back to his mother from his trip to Athens.
As Constance and Lola are about to go to their Pilates class, Axel asks his mother about her bracelet. She realizes it is no longer on her wrist, but says it must be somewhere in her business. As soon as she leaves, Axel talks to Charlene about what he saw. He suspects his mother of having an affair with Joachim. Charlène says she was wrong about the technical director.
